The process
Once we begin our work together, my primary goal is to provide a completely neutral and confidential space for you both. In this safe and non-judgmental environment, each of you will have the opportunity to speak openly and be heard, perhaps for the first time. My role is to gently guide your conversations, helping you to move beyond the usual cycles of blame and toward more constructive communication.
We will work together to identify the underlying issues and emotional patterns that fuel your conflicts, rather than just focusing on the arguments themselves. By helping you both express your needs and feelings more clearly, we can bridge the gap in understanding that may have grown between you, fostering a more resilient and healthier relationship.
