From there, I will gently guide you into a comfortable and deeply relaxed state, similar to daydreaming, where your conscious mind quiets down. Contrary to popular belief, you remain fully aware and in complete control throughout the entire process. In this tranquil state, we can communicate directly with your subconscious mind. This allows us to work together to replace negative or limiting beliefs with positive, empowering suggestions that align with your personal goals.

The session concludes with a gentle return to full awareness, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and clear-minded.
