The journey starts
The journey begins with our initial consultation, a space for us to discuss your concerns and explore how counselling can support you. Once we begin sessions, I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My integrated approach draws from three core modalities, tailored to your unique needs.
We may use Person-Centred Counselling to provide a supportive, non-directive space where you can lead the conversation. Psychodynamic principles can help us understand how past experiences may be influencing your present challenges. When appropriate, we can also use CBT techniques to help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns.
This collaborative process is designed to help you gain clarity, build effective coping strategies, and ultimately, empower you to navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
